Service Description
This three day course teaches fundamental foodservice operation skills. By the end of this course individuals will be able to demonstrate basic knife skills, practice industry standard sanitation methods, demonstrate knife techniques, and demonstrate breakfast food preparation techniques.
Cancelation Policy
Class cancellations must be received via phone or e-mail (804) 219-8211 or duane@culinarycoach.org AT LEAST SEVEN DAYS IN ADVANCE of class in order to be issued a 75% REFUND. Cancellations received AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE are eligible for CLASS CREDIT. No refund or credit will be given for cancellation notice given less than 48 hours before class FOR ANY REASON.
