Service Description

The Culinary Coach Apprenticeship Program is a comprehensive and immersive 6-month work-based training initiative designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the culinary world. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or just starting your culinary adventure, this program is tailored to help you reach your full potential.

Cancellation Policy

Withdrawal/Cancellation Refund Policy: 1. Refund Calculation: Students who withdraw or cancel one week (seven days) or more before the course start date are eligible for a refund. In such cases, Culinary Coach will retain the initial deposit made by the student and an additional 95% of the total course fee. The remainder of the course fee will be refunded to the student. 2. Withdrawals/Cancellations within One Week: If a student withdraws or cancels less than one week (seven days) before the course start date, no refund will be provided. Culinary Coach will retain the initial deposit and the entire course fee. 3. Notification of Withdrawal/Cancellation: To initiate the refund process, students must notify Culinary Coach in writing of their intent to withdraw or cancel. Notification should be sent to duane@culinarycoach.org and received by Culinary Coach at least one week before the course start date. 4. Refund Timeline: Upon receipt of a valid withdrawal/cancellation notice, Culinary Coach will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. 5. Non-Transferable Deposit: The initial deposit retained by Culinary Coach is non-transferable and cannot be applied to future courses or programs. 6. Exceptions: In exceptional cases, such as documented medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances beyond a student's control, Culinary Coach may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. By enrolling in any Culinary Coach program, students acknowledge and accept the terms of this refund policy. Culinary Coach reserves the right to amend this policy as necessary, and any changes will be communicated to enrolled students in a timely manner.
